Thoughts of a common man.

The White House recently issued a report which described how Mr. Biden's brain fell out of his head during a morning meeting with the Big O. The report stated it took nine Secret Service men and women several hours to locate it. When asked about the incident the Big O downplayed the entire matter by responding that the difficulty in locating Mr. Biden's brain was simply due to its minuscule size. There was also an unconfirmed report that a local rodent, one who normally attends press conferences in the Rose Garden, found it and was attempting to use it. The rodent found itself unable to escape. For some strange reason he kept putting his feet into his mouth. The Secret Service has since apprehended the offending rodent. In an attempt to proactively prevent a repeat of the incident the Secret Service has recommended Mr. Biden stuff his ears with shredded copies of the new Health Care Law. Additionally the rodent has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the Secret Service for rodent profiling. The case is due in Federal court sometime after Kagan's confirmation. Big O is now having new legislation drafted requiring all Americans suffering from LBS (Loose Brain Syndrome) to register with a new government entity, aptly named the LBSR (Loose Brain Syndrome Registry). The entire program will be administered by the esteemed members of the LBSS (Loose Brain Syndrome Survivors) which consists almost entirely of politicians. The registry will allow many Americans access to a database of found brains that have been recovered and reunite them with their rightful owners. There will also be an unclaimed bank for those brains whose owners can’t find them or don’t know they are missing. Many of our brainless will now be able to hopefully find a brain to use. In some cases even find a better brain. Thanks to Big O, millions of Americans will no longer be forced to go brainless for so long as they search for the brains they’ve lost. Soon with the help of the Federal Government we can all feel at ease, knowing that if we lose our brains there is always the full faith and support of the Federal Government and the LBSR to help us find the mind we lost.

They will be blinded to his deceit. Lies flow like water. They are forgiven by the masses, even as they become more blatant. His words stir the spirit but are as empty as his promises. His image, an illusion made real to him, as it is all he can see or care to know. He is full of himself a he proudly struts like a peacock in full display. Most are suffering in ways he does not understand or care about. Evil has come to power in America and all lovers of freedom must prepare for battle. No longer can we wait as it undermines our national truths and infiltrates our lives. We must protect not only our legacy of freedom but our children from their indoctrination. The evil has looked into the future and taken note of our children and even now seeks to corrupt their hearts and minds. Our past is drenched in the blood of patriots and innocents as the unrelenting evil continues to distort our history and manipulate our future. Generational evil changes shape and alters its image to suit the times and circumstance while freedom and liberty are unchangeable, uncluttered, simple and pure. It is time the scales fall you’re your eyes that you may see clearly the evil and know that it is up to you to do what needs be done. There are statesmen among us, awaking even as I write these words. Men and women who are deeply moved; they feel the call, a gentle uneasiness. They resist. They doubt themselves and the call. The call will gain urgency with time. Against all odds and common sense they will become what America needs. Not because they seek the wealth or power but because they can clearly see what needs to be done. That is their service to all. That is their purpose. Now is the time for the sleepers to awaken!

Think of the problems we face and have been facing for decades. The problems are basically the same. No solutions, only ill conceived legislation that has done nothing but erode the basic freedoms defined by our Constitution and our Bill of Rights at a cost of over three billion dollars a year just to pay their salaries and expenses. They talk only of raising taxes or cutting social programs. There is no talk of cutting foreign aid or rescinding their recent salary increases. While our children go hungry and our infrastructure erodes beneath our feet Congress frivolously spends from 200 billion to well over 300 billion per year in foreign aid. That is money we pay to support non-Americans and foreign countries many of whom are enemies of America. Recent surveys indicate that over 80% of Americans do not support our foreign aid programs and less than 5% even have any idea of the vast sums of our money that actually goes to the support of foreigners. America needs proactive forward thinking officials; men and women with common sense not a PhD. How many of you know a PhD who has more than sprinkling of common sense? I can tell you from experience, not many. I know this sound harsh but the alternative will be the destruction of our beloved country and the future of our children. Not one dollar should be given to a foreign government until no American child has to go to bed hungry!!!!

Lorianne Updike Toler, a lawyer and founding president of the Constitutional Sources Project (www.ConSource.org), a nonprofit organization, based in Washington, that promotes an understanding of and access to U.S. Constitution documents, recently discovered what can only be described as a piece of “American scripture”. A small portion of our Constitution’s history among the 21 million documents in the Historical Society's collection vault in Philadelphia. Scribbled upside down on the back of a draft of the U.S. Constitution was an abridged version of the same document, starting with the familiar words: "We The People. . . . Toler found what appeared to be the rest of a draft, titled "The Continuation of the Scheme’, which included provisions regarding the executive and judiciary branches. The words had been scrawled by one James Wilson, in the summer of 1787. Wilson, who lived in Philadelphia, was selected July 24, 1787, with John Rutledge, Edmund Randolph, Nathaniel Gorham, and Oliver Ellsworth to serve on the Committee of Detail. The committee used 28 resolutions passed by members of the convention to flesh out the Constitution. They presented the final version on Aug. 6, 1787, to the Constitutional Convention. It included Wilson's famous "We the People" beginning. How odd that this document rested quietly in the archives for two hundred and thirty years. Unprotected by archivist it remains in perfect condition. It is as if a voice from our forefathers is again speaking to us. Reaffirming the core principals of our America and at the same time warning us of the dangers we as a country and a society face from the corruption of our fundamental precepts. Perhaps we should all take time and reread the Constitution. Reaffirm our beliefs and prepare to do battle once again for what is right and just for all men. Remember it all begins with, “We The People…..

News, news, and more news, a hundred channels presenting essentially the same stories yet slanted in various ways by all the people with oversized heads they can find. The networks pay millions to likes of Brian whatever or Katie what-cha-ma-call-it to read the news to us as if they are performing in a stage play. They feel compelled to send them to disasters for what reason I have yet to perceive. Take Haiti for instance. The major obstacle facing the relief process was the airport. It was too small to handle the extraordinary volumes of incoming traffic dedicated to relief. Yet, who was there? They all were. They had their supplies and they somehow managed to bypass the real help so they could get their face and useless commentary on the tube while serious death and dying surrounded them. It’s all about the shot, perpetuating the illusion that these talking heads actually cared more about the suffering around them that their outfits and hair. Sometime later they will give themselves yet another award of some sort to add to their resumes in a vain effort to enhance their credibility. It seems as if the news organizations can no longer just give us the facts. They feel compelled to provide us with opinions of various ex-this and retired-that to the point of nausea. Pundits line up to espouse their opinions, which by the way seem to be simply the reflections of whatever agenda the network is pushing. The network assumes we know who these pundits are and for some reason they are celebrities of some measure. No one really seems to know why but obviously they are, simply by the fact they are on television. I was once told that if you ever wanted to become famous, write a book. It doesn’t matter if it is good or not or even if it sells. The only thing that matters is that you wrote a book. Then and only then does your opinion matter because you have creditability. Book or no, opinions are like…well you get the point. News programs have even taken on the Hollywood Squares format; a great format for a game show with talented people like Betty White and Whoopi Goldberg filling the slots but for a news program? The bottom line is; network news people give us a break and the facts. Keep the opinions, pundits and all those folks with empty, oversized heads to yourself.
